Mineral Wool roofing and cladding panels have five integrated features in one product. It has the roof (or the wall) and the ceiling which will be installed at once. It will also provide excellent heat insulation and it is a fully fire and sound proof product.

Hipertec Roof

The HIPERTEC ROOF panel, manufactured in accordance with a system patented by Metecno, consists of a profiled external steel sheet & an internal ribbed steel sheet, with an insulation core of orientated fiber high density Rockwool, arranged perpendicularly with off-set joints and transversely compacted, in such a way to fill the space between the metal facing. The panel uses steel sheets coated both sides with AZ 150 Zinc Alluminium Alloy for superior durability. Self-supporting insulation panel insulated with Mineral wool (Rock wool) for roof appllications, which require a high degree of fire resistance, sound insulation & thermal insulation.

The HIPERTEC ROOF Panel fulfills all requirements for “non- combustible construction material”. For the thickness 100mm and over the fire resistance is more than 120 minutes.Building material class A1-S1-D0, incombustible in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1, core material A1, incombustible, Melting point > 1000 C.

The HIPERTEC ROOF SOUND panel is particularly suitable for acoustic control, providing excellent sound absorption qualities over a wide range frequency spectrum. Its perforated internal liner sheet enables to improve both sound insulation and sound absorption where the panel is implemented. The Hipertec Roof Sound panel can reduce sound level more than 30 dB and its depends on the frequency. The sound insulation behavior of the Panel at various frequencies are shown in the graph.
